Heritage House Furniture

My wife and I could not be more thrilled with the service and furniture we received from Heritage House. They are a family run business and treated us like we were one of the family. From the moment we were greeted entering the store, until after final delivery, Jennifer was amazing. She was never pushy; there when you needed her, giving us space when we did not. She helped guide us to amazing choices and made us feel comfortable in that if we did not love the furniture when it showed up she would find a way to make it right. Jennifer kept us informed and updated through the entire ordering process communicating timelines and updates. The delivery handled by their in-house team was also fantastic. All of the furniture was very well wrapped to protect it. They also put protection up around the door frame and stairs banister. As they brought in the furniture they replaced the feet with felt pads to protect our wood floors and placed the rug and furniture where I wanted it with care.

I had a GREAT experience -from entering the showroom door until delivery of my furniture- at Heritage House!! Mary Borgstahl was INCREDIBLY helpful, organized and patient with all my indecisiveness and scattered thoughts about what I needed and/or wanted in new furniture. Once my new pieces were deliver, I was very satisfied in their quality and comfort. I highly recommend Heritage House Furniture!

I LOVE my new couch and chairs, they are perfect and I couldn’t be happier. It’s been 13 years since I bought new living room furniture and that also came from Heritage House. I gave the couch to a friend and they couldn’t believe it was that old. The fabric wore like iron and we have a dog and cats! I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I got from Jennifer and my new furniture from Heritage House Furniture. I had looked at several other furniture stores and online to find new furniture for my living room that was good quality, the style I wanted, at a reasonable price point. The Norwalk sofa and two chairs, are beautiful, sturdy and very comfortable. Jennifer helped me with fabric and cushion selections, and was great to work with. The cost was in-line with what you would pay at an Art Van or Lazy Boy for custom fabric, but the quality far exceeds those places. I have no reserve referring friends and family to Heritage House, and will definitely be back for future furniture pieces.
